The hotel is conveniently located for visitors looking to spend their time in Mohegan Sun casino for the fraction of the casino hotels' price. It is also very close to Foxwoods Casino and Mystic attractions and restaurants. The hotel is situated away from the large highways, in quiet surroundings with a nice landscape view from the top floors windows. The rooms are very clean. The sink and mirror outside of the bathroom allows for more convenience. Beds are very comfortable. The hotel stuff is welcoming and readily responsive to all requests. The breakfast is a usual American style continental, nothing special about it. The bar is indeed opened 24/7 with one of the front desk attendants serving drinks.

Upon arrival I was greeted by a very nice gentleman. I had called that day for an early check in and was told that I could come whenever the room was ready. That was around-1 pm. We asked & recieved extra pillows without 5 minutes. The pool & gym were spotless. As for breakfast I have never had a better ( included) breakfast anywhere. Scrambled eggs, French toast, home fries, yogurt, fruit, hard boiled eggs. Bagels, wheat bread, sourdough bread & mini donuts. The staff was fabulous. Kind, helpful & courteous to even the children. We just said we would stay there in a heartbeat.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful, the room was huge, hot water temperature was fantastic, gym was great (just needed sanitizing wipes to be able to clean equipment before and after use, and a remote to be able to work the tv would have been awesome too), bed and pillows were very comfortable, complimentary shuttle to Mohegan was fast and convenient, and the breakfast was fantastic: eggs, Canadian bacon, potatoes, French toast, fresh fruit, assorted breads and bagels, oatmeal, cereal… and so many options for beverages. We would absolutely stay here again!

Our room was really, really clean! Impeccably clean. I really appreciated that. In my opinion, even if a hotel room isn't brand new, when it's cleaned well it feels so luxurious. Staff were really friendly, hard working and kind. Pay them well so they can keep customers happy! Included breakfast made life easier and the coffee was actually really well brewed, which was a nice little surprise. Carafe coffee usually never delivers, but it was great! Overall, it was a really comfortable and convenient stay. :)
